Application for Winter Sewer Averaging
Payment Options:
1) Enroll in the free Auto Bank Draft option by filling out the ACH Bank Draft Form and returning it to Utilities Department at 511 Main Street. With this option, you will still continue to receive your invoice via U.S. Postal Service but on the due date the amount due will be automatically deducted from your bank account and applied to your utility account.
2) Pay your utility bill online using a credit or debit card. Click on certifiedpayments.net and enter Bureau Code 7963765. There is a minimum fee of $2.00 or 2.85% added to all credit and debit card payments.
3) Make a payment in person at the Utilities Department via check, credit card, or cash. There is a drop box located on the right hand side of the building if you stop by after hours.
